Refund Policy
At Sceng Technology Institute, we strive to deliver high-quality tech education and a satisfying learning experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in a course or purchasing any service.
1. General Refund Terms
- Refunds are only issued for eligible paid courses and services purchased directly through our platform.
- To be eligible, a refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase and only if less than 10% of the course has been accessed or completed.
- After 7 days or substantial course progress, no refunds will be issued.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital downloads, templates, or one-time access content
- Promotional or discounted courses (unless inaccessible)
- Subscription plans after the billing cycle has started
